# Registration Types

The **registration type code** (`regTyCd`) says whether the system created a
record on its own or a person keyed it in.

| Code | Name | Description |
|------|------|-------------|
| A | Automatic | The system created the record. |
| M | Manual | A person keyed the record in. |
